Folks look at me rather quizzically when I talk about 'cue here in Boston but we have a growing faction of really great spots to get authenticate smoked barbeque right here in "Bean Town".

I took a trip to central Tennessee in October of 2002 to visit Nashville, Lynchburg and to see some of my family south of Knoxville. I had the great pleasure of experiencing some wonderful Tennessee cooking.
