Americade - June, 2005

Well after a two year absence we got back to Lake George, NY, during the first week of June for Americade 2005.

The weather was hot and humid this year with afternoon thunder boomers but overall it was great.

	This year we stayed on the east side of the lake at Dunham's Bay Lodge. On the expensive side but very nice.
The western exposure of being on the east side of the lake offered us some great sunsets.
	Wendy and Jack trying to do something in the kitchen. It wasn't pretty, don't ask.
Playing follow the leader on a ride through the New York state countryside.
	Strolling through Lake George village and I find out I've been in business up here and didn't even know it!
George's Restaurant on 9L just outside of the Village. Great food and the early bird specials are a good deal. Go early!
	Every year Harley Davidson sponsors a two hour boat cruise with a buffet lunch and live entertainment. You can see the afternoon sky starting to build the thunderheads.
Well here's a pair that'll beat three of a kind any day of the week! Would you trust your loved ones with these two??
